Hey North Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, we used your branded yard stick to measure one of our hog’s back fat. Measured 3” thick in some places. This is respectable as fatback goes. It is on salt now. Check back in 2-3 weeks from now for this batch to be ready for the slicer.
