Bro, I travel the US for work, and try to find amazing authentic BBQ and pizza. The Table is the best I've found in an 8 year journey!!!!
Brisket - the Honest truth - Brisket needs to have a legit smoke ring, not break when held by the end, but easily pull apart. Also, be moist AF. Mike kills every category here. No smoke for 3 hours to get a ring, then transfer to oven like most BBQ joints. Mike does the full Monty.
Chicken - the Little brother - also mildly tricky to cook and still be moist. Wife ordered, and the moisture was obvious. She said it was as good or better than mine!
Pulled pork is too easy, any lazy Dad with a Traeger can get this right, I don't even sample usually.
Sides - Understated accomplishments - all I have to say is we tried smoked beans, amazing. Collared greens, middle to upper class with my preferences. Mac and cheese, amazing. Daughter ordered 2nds.
All in, Mike is a BBQ classic. Old school offset legit. No ovens involved. Add a chill small town Southern vibes, and am amazing supporting staff. Clear 8 years of travel in the US winner of SexyPigBBQ trials! I love this place, must visit if you are ever on 77 in WV!!!!
