Today, during the rain and drizzle, I ended the 2026 garden. Lots of goodness came out of there and already thinking about plant starts in January. We also harvest our seeds and most of our plants traditionally come from those seeds. We now have over 60 varieties of seeds now!
The final harvest was a little bit of very late season potatoes, and 9 varieties of peppers. We found a Mild Jalepeno this year and grew 3 plants mainly for seed for next year, but I did manage to get a few bags diced for the freezer. Maybe in some chili!
The plus is we canned so much goodness that is out on the stand... we have alot!
