Rays Creations Food Truck & Catering Rays Creations came about because of my love for food, cooking, and seeing the joy it brings to people's faces after that first bite they take.

I use fresh, quality ingredients in each dish I prepare. Cooking and making new flavors are my passion!

Greater Alliance Carnation Festival thank you for allowing Rays Creations Food Truck & Catering to be a part of this years festival. Met some amazing people and other vendors, had great laughs, listened to some great bands, sold out of food!! I had the opportunity to have met a wonderful teacher who everyone in the town knew, which tells me she was an amazing teacher, because from the moment I met her when dropping off my trailer, I could tell she was a sweet lady. Ms. Kathleen thank you for the wonderful talks!
