Michael and I went hornworm hunting tonight and found SO MANY! Two were too big for me to grab - I apologize to my neighbors if they heard screaming, I was trying to be brave and remove them, but couldn’t do it!

Did you know if you take a black light to your tomato plants, they glow green?! So do some of the spiders - so be ready 😵‍💫

Oma is making pesto…yum! Next year I’m growing way more Italian basil - we have Thai and Holy basil plants in addition to one Italian this year, but we didn’t really have a plan for the other two so they’re currently going to flower so they attract pollinators. But next year, all Italian basil!

I thought we were working towards being cattle farmers, but apparently step one is being cat farmers 😵‍💫 Darla Dee’s needed ‘buddy’ has turned into two buddies, so meet Cooper Cheeto and Milo Axel! We are still trying to get the boys warmed up and adjusted to our chaos, but they are very bonded to each other so that’s really sweet to see! Pray for me as we work on getting them outside over the next few weeks because this cat farmer is needing my cat farm OUTSIDE, not added into our small space!
