It’s time for another beef and lamb delivery this Saturday, October 17! We know you are ready for those slow cookin’ bundles so we stocked up on roasts, stew, short ribs, etc.

Also, don’t forget that we have Llano Seco Land and Livestock LLC lamb in stock as well. This is by far the best lamb we’ve ever tasted so don’t let this opportunity pass you by.

Just FYI, we will be heading both north and south this time. Places we deliver to south of here include: Watrous, Las Vegas, Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and Cedar Crest. The northern route includes: Springer, Raton, Trinidad, and Taos.

We are so pleased to welcome the 🐑 flock of team member, Carlyle Stewart, to Sol Ranch. Carlyle started Llano Seco Land and LIvestock LLC, Llano Seco Land and Livestock LLC, in 2025 with a flock of Rambouillet and Churro sheep and has since moved his flock to Sol Ranch.

Llano Seco was founded on the principles of regenerative grazing humanely raised heritage breeds of sheep in order to provide wool and lamb to our community. Carlyle has poured his heart and soul into his first year of raising his own sheep and has done an outstanding job despite also working a full time+ job here at Sol Ranch. We are so thrilled to offer his lamb products through our website because we know how good the quality is and how well cared for these animals truly are. There is no better sheep rancher to support than this man who we rely on soo much here at the Sol.

You can now place your deposit for a whole or half lamb share and receive your lamb as early as October 3 on our regular beef delivery day. For more info, please visit solranchnm.com and llanoseconm.com.

Summer is in full swing, spring work is wrapping up, beef harvest season is starting to ramp up, and it’s finally time to restock the online store.
