Good afternoon, everyone!

Today, we want to share a little piece of our hearts with you.

Jappy Jíbaro has grown faster than we ever imagined. When we started this journey, I never thought this small dream would become what it is today. Those who know us know that at every military base we’ve lived on, we’ve always cooked with the same love and passion. Our greatest joy is seeing our food enjoyed not only by Puerto Ricans who miss the taste of home, but also by people from all over the world who have become part of our Jappy Jíbaro family.

Some days, the demand is greater than what we’re able to prepare. Even though we always go the extra mile, we’re not able to serve everyone. To those who message us and hear that we’re sold out, we sincerely apologize. Believe us, it disappoints us just as much as it disappoints you.

We’re working hard to improve our organization, increase our capacity, and provide an even better customer experience. This journey has been an incredible learning experience, and every day we’re adapting and giving our very best to make each and every one of you happy.

Thank you for believing in Jappy Jíbaro, for supporting us, recommending us, and sharing our posts. You are the reason this dream continues to grow, and we couldn’t do it without you.

Buenas tardes a todos.

Hoy queremos abrirles un pedacito de nuestro corazón.

Jappy Jíbaro ha crecido mucho más rápido de lo que alguna vez imaginamos. Cuando comenzamos esta aventura, nunca pensé que este pequeño sueño llegaría tan lejos. Quienes nos conocen saben que, en cada base donde hemos vivido, siempre hemos cocinado con el mismo amor y la misma pasión. Nuestra mayor alegría es ver que nuestra comida no solo la disfrutan los boricuas que extrañan el sabor de casa, sino también personas de diferentes partes del mundo que se han convertido en parte de esta gran familia.

Hay días en los que la demanda supera lo que podemos preparar y, aunque siempre damos la milla extra, no logramos llegar a todos. A quienes nos escriben y tenemos que decirles que ya no quedan platos, les pedimos una sincera disculpa. Créannos, nos duele tanto como a ustedes.

Estamos trabajando para mejorar nuestra organización, aumentar nuestra capacidad y ofrecer un servicio cada vez mejor. Todo esto ha sido un aprendizaje enorme y seguimos adaptándonos día a día, poniendo el corazón en cada plato y dando lo mejor de nosotros para complacer a cada cliente que nos apoya.

Gracias por confiar en Jappy Jíbaro, por recomendarnos, por compartir nuestras publicaciones y por hacer que este sueño siga creciendo. Sin ustedes, nada de esto sería posible.
