Starting our week strong here at the farm with our 2nd unofficial “Josh Day!” 😆

Some of our interns showed up this morning and surprised one of our fashion-icon mahiʻai, Josh, recreating his look down to the little details. Definitely a fun way to bring some extra laughs, creativity, and pilina into the week—because good mahiʻai, good food, and a little fun always make the week better! 🌱🥬

Yesterday we planted 120 mai’a in a new field at our Palikea site! Mahalo for the mahi’ai and volunteers for their hard work and intentions. It was a wonderful day to build our pilina with our community.

🌱 We’re back at the farmers markets this weekend! 🥬

The weather has been tough on our crops, but our mahiʻai have been working hard to get fresh, organic goodness back to your tables!

A BIG mahalo to our community for your patience, understanding, and continued support while we’ve been away. Your aloha means so much to our team and helps keep our farm growing strong! 💚

Witnessing ‘āina transform and do its thing. Always in awe. This field was first planted in 2022 with kalo, citrus, and ‘ulu. Now gonna be a safe space for our eggplants. Trust the process.

Last week during our Fall Break Internship program, we welcomed 28 interns to the farm! 🌱

The focus of the week was on Hānai (to nourish, adopt, feed), exploring the many ways we nourish ourselves, one another, our ʻāina, and our kaiāulu.

Through hands-on experiences, shared moʻolelo, and connections to ʻāina and ʻike kūpuna, our interns reflected on what nourishes them and their kuleana to give back.

Mahalo nui to everyone who helped make this week possible! May the ʻike and pilina cultivated continue to grow beyond the farm.

When we nourish one another, we nourish the future of our kaiāulu.
