Last Saturday, our Hilo farmer members attended an educational farm tour hosted by founding co-op member, John Caverly, at his farm in Papaikou. Mahalo to John and the team for sharing your manaʻo!

Harvesting ‘ulu at the right time with proper handling practices is the vital conclusion of growing ʻulu and delivering your hard-earned crop. Our updated FY23 guideline includes fruit maturity, grading, and post-harvest standards, updated pay price for members and non-members, delivery locations and contact information to schedule your drop off.

We are now accepting B-grade fruits along with A-grade. Become a Hawai‘i ‘Ulu Cooperative member to receive preferred pricing, technical assistance and ongoing training.

You can find our updated FY22-23 Fruit Harvesting Guideline on our website along with an informative educational video. Link is in the comments below!
