Elle's Island Style Marinades Island marinade made with some of Hawaii's freshest local ingredients. Once upon time, we conjured up a marinade sauce for a summertime beach BBQ.

Over time, our marinade evolved and started becoming a staple at our family gatherings, birthday parties, baby showers and Sunday afternoon hangouts. After many years of talking and dreaming about taking this marinade to the next level, we finally decided it was time to share it with others! Our daughter Elle inspired us to pursue our dream so we decided it was only fitting to name our marinade after her.

Today, as we look back and remember all that was lost one year ago, the feelings are still heavy and the emotions still have not completely processed. We are sending all our love and prayers to those that lost their homes and/or their loved ones. Nothing can replace what was lost but as a community, we hope to share the grief and whatever strength we have to get through not just today, but moving forward.
