Hello, we are Bar Bacetto!
Allow us to (re)introduce ourselves for our old and new friends, alike……
🍝We are a tiny 18 seat pasta and cocktail joint located in beautiful Waitsburg, WA.
🥂For parties of 4 and smaller, you can find us on opentable.com and the OpenTable mobile app. 
🎉 For larger groups, please text Erin at 509-316-0399
📖Reservations are live 30 days out from the current date, and open every night at 10 PM. 
🍹Our establishment is 21+ with valid photo ID, no exceptions. 
🍷Corkage is $40, limit one 750 mL bottle per reservation.
🪑All seats are bar height, and most seats are at the bar.
💰We are Cash Free

🌟 An Incredible Evening in Waitsburg 🌟

My husband and I were lucky enough to snag a reservation at Bar Bacetto in Waitsburg, WA, and it was such a special experience. Chef Mike Easton works magic in the kitchen—his handmade pasta is absolutely amazing, full of flavor and crafted with so much care. And the craft cocktails? They’re like little works of art, as delicious as they are beautiful. 🍹🍝

Bar Bacetto isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Tucked away in the quaint, welcoming town of Waitsburg, it has this cozy, inviting vibe that makes you want to linger a little longer. The food, the drinks, the ambiance—it all came together for a night we won’t forget.

If you haven’t been yet, I can’t recommend it enough. It’s worth the drive, and then some! ❤️

We are very excited to announce that Chef Mike Easton has accepted the role of Executive Chef at Abeja winery and Resort. Bar Bacetto, as we have known it, is on permanent hiatus. We are hoping to utilize the space in the future for events and pop-ups, allowing up and coming culinarians and hospitalitarians to practice their passion and share it in a beloved space. Thanks to all of you who joined us over these last many months. We truly appreciate you!
