Tomorrow is our last Waitsfield Farmers Market of the season! It’s hard to believe another market season is already coming to an end.

We’re packing up plenty of late-season goodness for one final Saturday — lots of tomatoes, zucchini, summer squash, greens, roots, peppers, onions, potatoes, winter squash and more.

🌻 And whatever other farm goodies make their way into the truck in the morning.

We’re trying something new this winter! 🥕❄️

As our summer CSA season winds down, we’re not quite ready to stop filling your kitchens with Ga***rd Farm veggies.

For the first time, we’re offering a Winter Veggie CSA — with pickups every other Wednesday from November 4 through February 10.

Think winter staples like potatoes, onions, carrots, beets, squash and kale, along with some of the things we’ve tucked away from the warmer months — including corn, tomatoes, pickles and salsa.

🥚 Egg add-ons will also be available.

If you love eating with the seasons and want to keep a little Ga***rd Farm on the table through the colder months, we’d love to have you join us.

October can’t quite make up its mind… and honestly, we’re not complaining. 🍅🥕🍂

Tomorrow’s harvest has a little bit of every season — fresh spinach and Salanova, beautiful radishes, carrots and beets, tomatoes still going strong, peppers, eggplant, potatoes, onions, corn and winter squash making its fall appearance.

We’ll also have kale & lacinato, chard, parsley, slicing & pickling cucumbers, zucchini, summer squash, basil, sunflowers and more.

And, as always, don’t forget the Ga***rd Farm beef, pork & eggs. 🥩🥚

Tomorrow’s market table will be packed with a little bit of everything — radishes, Salanova, spinach, chard, parsley, kale, carrots, beets, cucumbers, eggplant, peppers, potatoes, onions, zucchini, summer squash, patty pans, corn, tomatoes, basil and sunflowers.

Plus beef, pork and farm-fresh eggs.

A true Ga***rd Farm dinner. 💚

Hadley is always a little extra proud when almost everything on the plate came straight from the farm.

Corn, squash, red and gold beets with their greens, meat… and those GIANT radishes topped with the one outsider of the meal — a little Cabot cheese. 😄

There’s something pretty special about sitting down to a meal and knowing exactly where nearly all of it came from.
