What a tremendous event this past weekend. Jimbo's Annual Backyard BBQ Competition (Jimbo’s 2021 Fall Backyard BBQ Competition) at The Barn At Vino

Dig on Swine placed:
-1st in Chicken
-1st in Ribs
-8th in Pork
Good enough for Reserve Grand Champions!
Congrats to Bauce BBQ for the Grand Champion win!

Jimbo Reynolds and his team blew us away once again.
Shout out to Hunsaker Smokers and my cook partners Mark S and Dean M.
The smokers battled through temperatures in the 20’s and just kept humming along.

We were proud to donate the winnings from the rib category to the NC Ambassador to Arlington National Cemetery for Wreaths Across America, Ms. Jennifer Adcock. The event raised thousands of dollars.
