In order to accomplish our mission, it is my intention to provide attention to detail to each and every item I sell. I will constantly be striving to find the best and freshest ingredients possible. Let us set the standard by which every hot dog you eat will be measured, from here on out. Above all we want to offer you the best and most properly prepared big frank you ever ate. After you eat your first Fred’s Frank, we want you to return again and again. If anything at any time keeps you from doing that, please email us and tell us why. Lots of love,

Carl, Elen and Logan (our dog) Galasso
