Woah! We’ve been officially recognized by the BetterBev program as a “green beverage producer” for our commitment to local and sustainable business practices.

We make beer with locally grown ingredients, side-stream our waste to local farms, package our beer in locally made aluminum cans, and sell it all at local farmers markets.

When we were building out our tiny 1bbl garage setup, we wanted to make sure sustainability wasn't just an afterthought, but a core focus we’re constantly keeping top of mind as we map out what the future looks like for us.

• We run an electric brewhouse from with great municipal power courtesy of RMLD.
• We side-stream our spent grain to local farms in partnership with .the.grain.ne.
• We reclaim water from our heat exchanger for re-use in the brewing process.
• We collect, sanitize, and re-use PakTech holders from our customers and (keep bringing 'em in!).
• We source 95% of our malt from in Holyoke, MA.
• We source 50% of our hops from regional New England yards like and .valley.hops.
• We source our 16oz aluminum cans from in Nashua, New Hampshire.

It takes a little extra work behind the scenes to keep things local and circular, but it’s 100% worth it. Big thanks to the BetterBev crew for the nod, and huge thanks to all of you for drinking local.

Fresh for Saturday - our latest batch of Homefield Advantage (5.9%), our New England-grown NEIPA.

We built the foundation for this one using (Holyoke, MA) pilsner and wheat alongside oats from (Windsor, CT). From there, we loaded it up with an egregious amount of Triumph hops from (Northfield, MA) and Vista hops from .valley.hops (Starksboro, VT), then tied it all together with Bergamot hops from (Freesoil, MI).

It’s everything you want from a hazy New England IPA - juicy, soft, and packed with local flair; but at a highly sessionable 5.9%. This batch is a personal favorite, and it honestly wouldn't surprise us if we're sold out by the time the market wraps up.

Noble Valley | 5.1% German Pilsner

We built this one on a clean base of Valley Malt's 2-row Pilsner, hit it with a healthy addition of classic German hops (Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Spalter Select), dialed in a snappy water profile, and tied it all together with a traditional German lager yeast. After an extended conditioning run in the brite tank, it is incredibly crisp, clean, and ready for enjoyment.

Come grab a four-pack this Saturday at the Wakefield Farmers Market.

This Saturday, June 27th, we’re pouring at the 16th and FINAL Beers for Good () festival.

This one hits close to home for us. Beers for Good was the very first festival we ever poured at. Back in the early days, it was one of the biggest catalysts that pushed us to start thinking beyond the four walls of the garage and the UPS shipping boxes.

Over two dozen craft brewers, three live music acts, and three food trucks are coming together to send this legendary event off right; all while raising money for Ginny’s Helping Hand & Food Pantry. Since 2008, this organization has donated over $109,000 to Central Mass nonprofits, and we're incredibly proud to be a small part of that legacy one last time.

Come celebrate the finale with us, grab a pour, and let’s send them off with a bang.

Tomorrow's final market lineup addition: Time Well Spent (9.5%), a Belgian-style strong ale aged in a Barr Hill Tom Cat barrel.

Last fall, our friends (and Marlborough market hosts) Lost Shoe Brewing and Roasting Company let us borrow some wort to tuck away into a freshly emptied gin barrel.

It pours a deep mahogany color with heavy barrel character throughout, balanced out by a beautiful mix of botanicals and classic Belgian yeast notes.

Catch us at the Wakefield Farmers Market tomorrow from 9am to 1pm to grab a four-pack.

A fresh batch of a classic is back for Saturday - Happy Wife, Happy Life - our 4.5% wit beer with ginger.

This is the ultimate crusher for patio weather, bringing together bright citrus aromatics and a clean, refreshing ginger snap on the finish.

Liz and I will be hanging out at the Wakefield Farmers Market this Saturday from 9am to 1pm, so come grab a few 4-packs to stock your weekend cooler.

See you there!

Introducing an updated version of a mail-order-era classic: Good Vibes Only (4.5%).

One of the biggest pieces of feedback we got during the markets last year was a request for a sour that’s light in alcohol and big on flavor, minus the thick smoothie texture or face-melting acidity of a lot of modern fruited sours.

This one is inarguably tart rather than harsh, packed with orange, passion fruit, peach, and strawberry. At a yard-work-friendly 4.5%, we think it’s going to hit the spot.

Four-packs drop this Saturday at from 9am to 1pm.

You asked, we brewed. Last season, the number one request we got from you was for a crisp, "better-than-bud" lager.

We built this American lager with deep local roots:
- Barley and corn from
- Willamette hops from
- A touch of flaked rice for that ultra-crisp finish

Why "Farmers Market Fresh"? Aside from the ingredients, it is an ode to the focus on freshness driven at the markets where we sell our beer. In an AI-first world, it is pretty awesome to be able to take feedback from our customers at the market, create a beer in response to that demand, and package it together with a photograph from that same market.

Huge thanks to who snagged the awesome picture of our booth at the Wakefield Farmers Market and let us use it for the label.

Like all our beers, every single can has a canned-on date front and center. No guessing games, just pure freshness. It is crisp, supremely drinkable, and above all else, unpretentious.

Where to catch it:
This weekend (6/13):
Next weekend (6/20):

No promises it will last past that, but we do promise that there are more lagers on the way.

See you this weekend!
