I decided to make supper for Travis and our sons using the Shaved Ribeye that's so popular - seasoned and sautéed fast and hot, with peppers and onions sautéed in another pan, plus Au Jus, Provolone cheese slices, and buns, so there were options of a French dip or Philly Cheese or some combination. Yumm! I'm really not a good cook, but this was super easy and a big hit! :) If you're looking for a quick and simple meal, I highly recommend this!

We always have a variety of Snack Sticks in our cooler, and this National Snack Stick Day is no exception! We currently have Autumn Blend, Honey BBQ, Hot Sticks, 7 Pepper, Jalepeno Cheddar, and Mango Habanero sticks in the cooler. Stop and pick your favorites!

If you are coming to Walhalla this weekend for the screenings of Nine Little Indians at the Walla Theatre or the Annual Rendezvous at Frost Fire Park, plan on coming up a few hours early to explore the beautiful Pembina Gorge as the leaves are beginning to turn, and stop by Smoke Wagon Meats, LLC while you're out and about! We have snack sticks, smoked sausages, steaks, burger, and sausages in stock, and are now scheduling for custom processing livestock and wild game. We'll be open until 8pm tonight, 10am-7pm tomorrow, and 2pm-6pm Sunday.

Updated retail store hours:

Smoke Wagon Meats, LLC will be open 10am-7pm Friday and Saturday every week and Sunday 2pm-6pm starting this week and through the winter, as we devote more time to custom processing of wild game and livestock and attending our kids' sporting and school events. We will continue to make and sell our sausages, sticks, ground chuck, shaved ribeye, and cut-to-order products, and can be reached by messenger with any requests, questions, or orders. Thank you.
