OxBow Farm & OxBow Farm Store was founded by Allen and Diane Jerden whom have been actively raising quality beef cattle in West Virginia for over 25 years. The Jerden's currently run cattle on over 600 acres of land across multiple counties in WV and is managed by nephew Nick Jerden, where together th

e family raises premium local beef and provides the public with the opportunity to purchase a locally raised product. The cattle on OxBow Farm are raised with diligence and have access to the forage needed for nutritional gain and health benefits. Our Premium Akaushi - Wagyu Beef contains a higher concentration of monounsaturated fat which can lead to lower cholesterol, prevention of coronary heart disease, and weight loss.
