Woof woof 🐶 🐾 🦴 A English Springer Spaniel Dog as a request. This fun shaped dog cake is a 8” 3 layer on the bottom and then a 6” 3 layer on the top. It is all lemon filled with a homemade blueberry mousse. The front legs and muzzle and ears are made out of rice crispy treats. Shaping something like this out of cake is such a crazy trust the process. The beginning always is like “is this guna work” ?! Then you have your final rough draft ready to be finalized with all the small little details like making the “hair” the eyes, the tongue, the shading of colors. And then finalizing it with a bright blue collar made out of fondant. This kind of cake is when it gets to be so much fun and why I love what I do! 🐶 🐾 🦴 👅
