Saving Daylight — Hefeweizen has officially landed at Portage.

A classic German hefeweizen brewed with German wheat and pilsner malts, Hallertau hops, and a traditional weizen yeast, with a water profile built to match Munich's. Hazy, soft, and lightly spiced with notes of banana and clove.

On tap now in the taproom… off‑sale coming soon.

Join us on Saturday, September 12, as we raise our glasses to welcome the change over to Fall.

Walker's Ethnic Fest celebration will also be happening all day, so come by to enjoy a wide range of diverse cultures and communities with music, crafts, and cuisine from around the world.

The Elk River German Band will be hitting our back lot at 1PM -we'll be pouring Oktoberfest, in the lot - with food from our neighbors Village Square Cafe, beer brats from Meat Boutique with Hatch Burrito serving up food from their food truck across the street from Portage.

Looking for something to do in the morning? Get signed up for the Spring Bike Fling! Starting at Walker City Park, the ride begins at 10:00AM, and rides to Hackensack to stop at Rendezvous Brewing! From there, ride back to Walker for the party at Portage.
