Good morning from Eric the official spokesdog for Mike's Farm Market in Walkersville across from Firehall

We have more produce than ever so far this season. We have lots of Maryland Eastern Shore Sweet Corn!, local tomatoes, asparagus, zucchini, cucumbers, yellow squash and more. On the stand and in the fridges, we have S. Carolina Peaches and Plums. Georgia Cantelopes, blueberries and more. Also some fresh baked Amish Bread. Many of the vegetables are grown on our farm or sourced from trusted neighbors.

We need to go back to the farm most days, but if the stand runs low we'll be back around 4 to re-stock!

Today's offerings include local high tunnel Tomatoes, local Strawberries, Local Zucchini, Yellow Squash and Cucumbers. We also have S. Carolina Peaches, Methley Pluns and Blue Berries, Georgia Sweet Corn and Florida Cantelope as well as a few Watermelons. The fridge has a limited supply of Amish baked breads and cookies and there are several jars of pickles.

We have 2 refrigerators now. One is behind the other at the back side of the wagon. Be sure to check both.

Please replace covers when you visit. The Mocking Bird and Cat Bird families that live in our bushes like fresh fruit and tomatoes too!

Maybe a little stormy yet today but wow does the rest of the week look nice!

We have a plentiful fresh selection of local Tomatoes, Strawberries, Cucumbers, Zucchini, Asparagus and Spring Onions. We also have a few South Carolina Peaches, Florida Cantelopes and Watermelons! These won't last long, so come get you some before they're gone!

Flowers are all on sale. All remaining baskets and planters just $15. All smaller pots just $1 each. Mike may have missed some of the price label changes, but the prices in this paragraph are official no matter what price might be still on the item.

Not gonna lie. On this 6th straight gloomy, dreary day, Eric told Mike "Just use a stock photo. I'm not posing for a new one at 5 in the morning"

Today we celebrate and remember those who served. Those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our great Nation and those no longer with us.

We have lots of fresh local Tomatoes, Strawberries, Cucumbers, Zucchini, Asparagus and Spring Onions. We also have a few South Carolina Peaches and Blueberries left from the weekend.

FLOWER SALE!!!!

We have lots of flowers left. 6 straight days of rain and cool temperatures have them looking less bright and cheerful than normal but once the sun returns and they are hanging on your porch or planted in your garden, they will look great again!

If you have managed to read this far, this SALE is for you. Prices have not been marked down at the stand (tape won't stick to the wet stuff) but because you're still with us, All hanging baskets and planters are reduced to $15 each for you. All ferns are $15 too. And all of the small stuff (4 inch pot Ge**ers, Begonias and assorted small) take 50% off your total.

Don't wear your good shoes. Ground is a little soft and muddy.

Produce Time is Here! Still Have Flowers Too!

Good morning from Eric the official spokesdog for Mike's Farm Market in Walkersville across from Firehall.

We got in our final (this time it's over for sure) shipment of Hanging Baskets in yesterday. When they're gone, that's it for the season. Some of our prettiest flowers yet and no basket more than $25!

We have fresh local High Tunnel Tomatoes (IYKYK) and local Strawberries, Cucumbers, Zucchini, Asparagus (from our farm) and even a few South Carolina Peaches! This is just the beginning and much more to come!

Please note in the pictures that we have covers over tomatoes and strawberries. The family of Mocking birds in the bush nearby, know fresh produce when they see it. Please help us keep things covered until the babies move out and the parents become empty nesters.

We have Eric endorsed Tumblers and T-shirts available. A few Tumblers are on the stand. Message us with size for T-shirts and we'll arrange porch pick up. Tumblers are $20 and T-shirts $15 for all sizes up to XL. XXL is a couple bucks more.

Good afternoon from Eric the official spokesdog for Mike's Farm Market in Walkersville across from Firehall. Look at these cute little Wheelbarrow planters!

We just got back with our last large load of flowers for this season and everything is discounted! Lots of hanging baskets and planters marked down, a few Ge**er Daisies and Begonias. Lots of Ferns and small hanging Spider Plants and a number of deeply discounted seconds on a special sale table.

We also have local High Tunnel Tomatoes, cherry tomatoes a few cucumbers and fresh cut asparagus from our own patch! We are running low on Strawberries and probably will run out until next week. Plus there's a few dozen fresh eggs from our own free range hens in the fridge.

As a bonus, we are also having a large yard sale tomorrow for Walkersville Days!

Good morning from Eric the official spokesdog for Mike's Farm Market in Walkersville. This morning we are set up at FRONTIER BAR B Q at the corner of Rt 16 and Rt 116 in Fairfield, PA.

It's a little cold and rainy so I'm staying in the truck. The Bar B Q opens at 11. Come on by and see them for some delicious food and visit us for some Strawberries, Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Asparagus! Everything on the tables was grown in Maryland or Pennsylvania including Asparagus from our own patch and eggs from our chickens!

Its a bit of a drive from Frederick, but well worth it. Our stand in Walkersville (68 W. Frederick St across from Firehall) is open as usual. Lots of flowers there!

It's Mother's Day weekend and we have LOTS of hanging baskets. In addition to the BEAUTIFUL flowers, there are Succulents and Fern Baskets too and much more. A limited selection of adorable coconut fiber critter planters, large Amish made cow and goat planters and more.

Lots of Ge**er Daisies and a sale table full of plants that just need a little love in your flower bed. Vegetable plants!

We also have fresh cut local Asparagus, local High Tunnel Tomatoes and Cucumbers and later this afternoon, some Eastern Shore Strawberries!
