Rule #2: It's not served steaming hot...In fact most of it will only be served warm and that's because roasts need to rest and like any piece of meat that is thinly sliced or shredded, BBQ cools very rapidly once plated. This can happen in a matter of seconds

Rule #3: we won't reheat it to make it "hot" for you. That would destroy the many hours we have spent in preparing the meats to our level of perfection we serve everyday
