Walla Walla, we said we were bringing you more events… and we meant it!

Fall Release Weekend is November 6th–8th, and we’ve got a full weekend of new w**e, amazing food and a few special experiences planned.

Friday, November 6: Fall W**e Club Pick-Up Party
Portfolio members, come see where the magic happens at our w**emaking facility. We’re taking over for an evening of new Dossier w**es, live music and food from Seattle Chef Matt Lewis. Check your emails for all the details!

Saturday, November 7: Fall Release Dinner
Just 12 seats. Nine courses. A private dinner with Chef Matt Lewis featuring Halo Reserve w**es, vintage Dossier and one unforgettable evening.

And if you can’t make either event, you can still join us! Our Walla Walla tasting room will be open throughout Fall Release Weekend and pouring our newest w**es all weekend long!

Pivot. That’s the name of the game in the w**e business. Nothing ever goes to plan, but things always seem to fall into place somehow.

And pivoting is what we seem to do at our events! When you watch the weather all week only to have it dump rain as your guests arrive is the ultimate test in patience.

And while the plates and glasses were all soaked, we thank all of you that came out to celebrate the start to our harvest. This fun tradition has grown into something more than just a dinner, it’s become a tradition. We get together and celebrate more than w**e, more than harvest…this dinner is the start of many new memories and relationships.

So, thank you to those that came out and pivoted with us. It was one for the books and we can’t wait to do it again next year.

Enjoy a beautifully curated 9-course dinner with southerner and acclaimed chef from Seattle, Matt Lewis. With past stints at Canlis and the Four Seasons, Matt brings an extremely unique and fun element to his cooking and this evening together. Limited to just 12 seats, this intimate dinner will feature Dossier’s Halo Reserve w**es, some vintage Dossier and other surprises. This will be a world class experience not to be missed!

We’re still taking this one in. Five Dossier w**es were recently recognized by **eenthusiast, including two 98-point Cellar Selections and three Editor’s Choice honors. 🫶

We’re incredibly grateful for the recognition, and even more grateful for the people, vineyards, and team behind every bottle. A HUGE shoutout to our amazing team who put these beautiful w**es out to all of you guys on a daily basis!

When we came up with the idea of our “backyard dinner” we wanted something simple to do with all of you….something special that brought people together for an amazing evening out together celebrating harvest and community. You all came out and blew us away in support of this! If you haven’t gotten a chance to come to these dinners, I would not wait as our Friday dinner is the only one with a few tickets left. Woodinville…our anniversary party is almost here! 🍷🔥

We’re bringing together everything we love for one summer afternoon: BBQ fresh off the grill by the one and only Aaron Tekulve of Surrell, plenty of Dossier w**e (including new w**es, library w**es and your trusty favorites) and a tasting room full of good people.

Thank you to everyone that came out last night to try our newest Syrah for the Blue Mountain Cancer Foundation. We made close to 45 cases and it’s selling out very quickly. Get into our tasting rooms to try it and support a great cause while you’re at it! 🙏

Walla Walla Friends! Please join us this FRIDAY from 5-9pm to try a new unreleased collab w**e we are doing with Blue Mountain Cancer Foundation! This will be an amazing evening of community, w**e, and cancer support. We hope to see you at our downtown tasting room!

Update on the Blue Mountain Cancer Foundation 2024 Syrah by Dossier. On July 17th, we will preview the w**e at the Dossier tasting room in Walla Walla, with a special event from 5 to 8 pm. We will have some food and Dossier will be tasting other w**es in their line up so if you are not familiar or haven't been to their tasting room yet, this is a great opportunity to meet the team behind this tremendous partnership.

For those of you who come, you will have an opportunity to buy the w**es that evening and take them with you (they are freshly bottled so don't open one on the way home 😉). If you are not able to join us on the 17th, the w**es will be available on-line and at both tasting room by the end of the month....but keep in mind your w**es will not ship during the summer months.

We'll make another announcement when everything is in place and ready to go.
