A fantastic addition to our wine list—the Côtes de Ciel Cellars Albariño!

Crystal clear and straw yellow, the aroma opens with green apple, nectarine with notes of lime and grapefruit. The palate is mouthwatering and crisp. Grown on their Red Mountain vineyard Ciel du Cheval - Vineyard it has everything you’d expect from an Albariño plus the hallmark character of their terroir, minerality.

We recommend enjoying a glass as a refreshing compliment to Chef’s famous Sea Scallops!
