As Walla Walla Valley’s 8th winery, being stewards of the land is a point of pride. With a dream to bring their young family to Walla Walla, Scott and Nici Haladay were first introduced to Walla Walla Vintners in 2017. Already familiar with the historic winery, they were excited to get the chance to be the new stewards of the iconic red barn and Cut Bank Estate vineyard. Longtime wine lovers, Scot

t comes from a technology background and Nici is a licensed nurse. While owning a winery is a departure from their previous lives, they have embraced the Walla Walla way of life. They have brought new, pioneering spirit to the legacy of the winery. Looking towards the future, they are excited to share the Walla Walla Vintners experience with all our guests. Everything on an American w**e label is regulated by the TTB (Alcohol and To***co Tax and Trade Bureau), meaning the rules stay consistent no matter which U.S. w**e region you are drinking from.

Flashback Friday! Our Vineyard Select Cabernet Sauvignons were blended barrel-by-barrel from our absolute favorite sites across the state to capture the true character of Washington terroir. We recently pulled a few of these older bottles out to taste, and they are drinking spectacularly right now.

Since we’ve shifted focus toward our single-vineyard expressions and Walla Walla Cabernet over the last few years, we haven't made a Vineyard Select in a while, making these extra special to revisit.
