Our winemaking team worked with the Capstone Class at WSU Mechanical & Materials Engineering to design and fabricate a stainless steel cart for our barrel topping operations. This helps make our process more efficient and the students built the entire cart themselves. Thanks Zack, Jamison, and Bas!
