Stolen generator, broken hood, ocular surgery… it’s just too much for us for one week!

So we are directing our limited energy this week towards our booked events and commitments.

Wild Thyme will be at Five Dollar Ranch Brewing Thursday and Sunday and we’d love to feed you there!
Menu:
-Burger
-Gyro
-Grilled Cheese
-A Salad

We are also catering for our Celebrate Walla Walla dinner & a wedding, recovering from surgery, and hopefully fixing these unexpected problems that keep popping up at A La Carte! We hope to return next week - watch for updates.

Sorry to do this to y’all again! We had a fridge die on us that we need to replace ASAP, illness and doctors visits, and a number of other excuses. Long story short, we will remain closed at this week. Should be back in business by next week.

Wild Thyme will be out at Five Dollar Ranch on Thursday and Sunday.

A La Carte will be at Tranche on Saturday. And Wild Thyme will be at Moonbase on Saturday too! Catering on Sunday. Thankful for another full weekend of business!

We are still talking about this weekend’s wedding!
Sophia and Ken graciously hired us to feed their guests multiple times throughout the weekend. On Friday we met them out at Pepper Bridge with the Mobile Bistro, bringing burgers, gyro, grilled cheese with asparagus and strawberry burrata to welcome about 100 of their closest family and friends, and fed them all in just 2 hours! The next day, we really got to have some fun…

I’m calling this the “cruise ship” menu now because it includes foods from all around the world, which we were pretty stoked to do. I wish you could’ve seen Carl using his wok to make all that Szechwan beef in the trailer!

We couldn’t have done such a huge menu without help from our DREAM TEAM, including a few more not pictured who worked tirelessly behind the scenes on prep, cleanup and on the Mobile Bistro. This was an all-hands on deck weekend and you all showed up to make it happen! ❤️

This week we start our routine of Thursday and Sunday nights at the brand new ! 4-7 we’ll bring your favorite beer pairings.

On Saturday A La Carte is going out to the WWCC for Return to The River! This family friendly event will be so much fun, rain or shine! And it’s right across the street from the Ducky Derby so keep us in mind if you are attending that! We will be bringing a lot of food! Wild Thyme will stand in its place at The Finch, so expect a limited menu with no fried foods (ie. Breakfast sandwich, biscuits & gravy, burger, shrimp salad, etc served with chips - no fries, no fish).

Oh, and Carl made some menu changes at A La Carte this week! Shrimp Salad and Philly Cheesesteak are on the menu! Come check it out.

Come on down to Wednesdays-Sundays for brunch and lunch!

The patio is beautiful and includes fun casual games like co****le and jenga (weather depending), so it’s a great casual hang out spot. Personally, I think it’s one of Walla Walla’s best kept secrets!

And of course, lots of delicious options to eat!

And by the way, there’s a pretty cool bike tour company on site too, so be sure to chat with from too!

This Saturday Wild Thyme’s Mobile Bistro will have lunch service at Reininger, then dinner at ! We’ve got a great menu including many crowd favorites like our double smash burger, Thai chicken curry, and shrimp salad sandwich, so come hungry!

Á La Carte is open this weekend 9-3 at The Finch! Biscuits and gravy are only available on the weekends so if you’re out and about for the Balloon Stampede, Mother’s Day, or just ‘cause, come get some before it sells out!

We’ve been trying hard not to raise our prices for a while, making adjustments in packaging or other small tweaks, but it’s been 2 years since we set our prices and gas prices have nearly doubled since then. Today they are $5.49 a gallon! With that, we are seeing significant price changes in our food supplies too. It just hasn’t been penciling out! We hope you’ll still choose us for your splurge meal during these tough times. 🙏

And with that announcement out of the way, we are open today until 3! Carl is cooking today and the patio is lovely!
