Last weekend of May in Walla Walla. Beezy, bright, and starting to feel like summer.

We’re pouring at Dillon Cellars this weekend: Chardonnay with savory depth and texture, Merlot that’s plush and warmly inviting, Cabernet Franc full of lift and crunchy red fruit, plus a rotating library wine.

Memorial Day weekend in Walla Walla, and the weather finally seems to understand the assignment.

We’re pouring at Dillon Cellars this weekend: Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and a rotating library white.

We’re pouring the new Dillon releases today: Chardonnay with texture and savory depth; Merlot that is generous, and warmly inviting; and Cabernet Franc with vibrant spring energy, crunchy red fruit, and a little wildness around the edge.

We’ll also have a rotating library white in the lineup.

The tasting room will be closed Thanksgiving Weekend [Thurs–Sun] so our tiny team can slow down, cook, and share some bottles with the people we love.
