Thank you for featuring our Resident Vigneronne Karin Gasparotti.

“Creating wine is like preserving nature in a bottle,” she shared. “You’re taking something fleeting from the season and capturing it for years to come.” - Karin Gasparotti.

Thank you, International Wine Report and Jeremy Young! Our 2023 Wallah Wallah Special #16
was awarded 100 Points!

"A visceral, savory profile defines the 2023 Wallah Wallah Special #18 Syrah before its fruit ever fully emerges, led by black olive brine, cured meat, iron-earth, and crushed black pepper. Blue plum and white grapefruit tones cut through that darker register, bringing lift and precision to a wine that feels deeply saturated and remarkably poised. Raised for 18 months in 15% new French oak, it carries its élevage with seamless restraint, allowing the texture to remain glossy, layered, and almost weightless despite its rich concentration. The palate moves with uncommon grace for such a powerful Syrah, delivering blue-black fruit, saline minerals, and umami depth across a long, velvety arc that never loses tension. It finishes perfectly, with fine-grained tannins and just the right amount of lip-smacking acidity. Serve it with charcoal-grilled lamb skewers brushed with rosemary and anchovy because the wine’s marine savor, citrus lift, and silken density meet that combination with uncanny harmony. This is a monumental showing from Christophe Baron, already thrilling today, yet built to develop beautifully over
the coming two decades."

We are thrilled to return for the 2026 Blood of Gods Merrymaking.

We heard the battle cry.🤘

Once a year, this strange and wonderful gathering appears, a collision of wine, music, art, and beautifully unconventional people from across the country.

We can’t wait to be back in it.

Written in the stars, continued ✨

The story doesn’t end there.

Some are vibrant and electric, others dark and contemplative - but all are guided by the same force: instinct, land, and time.

So tell us did your sign find you, or did you find it? 🔮

Written in the stars ✨

Bionic Wines are shaped by energy, intuition, and the raw beauty of the land.

Each wine carries its own identity - bold, luminous, mysterious just like some of the signs above.

What’s your sign? 🔮

The final spray of 500 this season, applied on a root day, feeding what lies beneath. Fermented cow manure, stirred for an hour into motion, awakened, then returned to the soil.

It builds life you can’t see, microbes, structure, roots reaching deeper.

For Earth Month, it’s a simple reminder: everything begins here. 🌱🌎
