A weekend celebrating the best of Pacific Northwest food and w**e!

Our Director of W**emaking, Jean-François Pellet, and Regional Sales Manager, Katie Schneider, attended the 2nd Annual Pacific Northwest Food & W**e Festival, presented by Davenport Hotels in Spokane!

JF joined a w**e panel hosted by Justine Recor of Cellar & Scholar, sharing his insights into Walla Walla Valley w**emaking. The event also featured a special benefit table supporting Big Table Spokane, raising funds for the organization's meaningful work in the community

The festival brought together exceptional w**eries and culinary talent from across the region, with acclaimed Chef S***a Nakajima headlining the event.

Early mornings at Amavi.

While most of the valley is still waking up, our harvest crew is already in the vineyard, picking grapes in the cool morning air.

These early starts help bring the fruit into the cellar cool, fresh, and ready for the next step in its journey from vineyard to bottle.
