This Friday, May 1, the owner Jesus Martinez-Bujanda is stepping into the kitchen to cook his Steak Paella live for our guests — a dish rooted in his family’s Spanish heritage and refined over years of cooking at home.

Joining him will be our winemaker Devyani Gupta, pouring six wines from our 2026 Spring Release allocation, including the official limited debut of Eventide Estate BDX.

Five courses. Six wines. An intimate evening with the people who make the wine and cook the food.
