Sarah Marie's Smoked Cheese For our business we use a long cold smoking process. We do not make our own cheeses.

We purchase a variety of cheeses and put then through our smoking process to get each block infused with a nice smoke flavor.

I also dropped off two containers of whipped smoked cream cheese.
