Cavatelli and meat sauce brings me back to my grandma's home. I remember her cooking for a week straight before the holidays just to provide for her family. Her love was unyielding for her children and her grandchildren. This one's for you grandma.

I did something ive been wanting to do for awhile.... ive written a pasta making book thats available for purchase on Amazon. Within a few weeks I will have copies to sell as well.

The idea behind this all really started with the purpose of sharing my story a little, writing down a few recipes and of course making pasta from scratch. It isnt perfect, its not a beautiful hardbound cover and the editing may be atrocious ( i did it). But its pure in its content and its meaning. It is meant to get a little dirty while you roll out dough because the ultimate purpose i did it was to be a guide, a guide to help you on your own pasta making journey and one im proud to share. This book is a result of almost 2 years of effort to make and your constant love for my business . Id love to start working on a volume 2 (more advanced stuff).
