On tonight's menu, a twist on an old fave. Take 2 slices country white,add 2 slices yellow american. Sprinkle generously with DLSC Joliet. Add arugula,2 slices polish ham, 2 Pickle slices and top with 2 more slices of american cheese. I used white this time. 2 more slices of bread. Butter the top and place on the Blackstone, buttered side down. Butter the top, flip when golden brown and cook other side the same.

Yesterday was my 4 year anniversery of being a Blackstone owner. What better way to celebrate than with Hibachi!!!!!!
