Chicken is finally available again. It was a long cold spring if you recall and our first birds are just ready this week. Email me to let me know what you'd like to reserve.
Also, sister Nora has been raising rabbits and we've processed a few recently. I can add those to a box for you as well.
We'll be at the Joseph farmers market this weekend.
Saturday, the 29th, 9am to 2pm at the new location at 604 N Main Street.
Whole chickens are $5.50/lb individually from me or at Ruby Peak.
Pre-orders of a dozen or more birds at a time are $5.00/lb (vacuum aced and ready for your freezer).
We will do a small amount of cut-up varieties again:
~ Boneless breast, $$9.75/lb
~ Thighs, $10.00/lb
~ Legs, $6.85/lb
~ Wings, $4.00/lb
For delicious and healing broth we have backs, necks and feet for $2.00/lb
Livers, gizzards and hearts are also available.

These birds are our first batch this year. We'll continue to process up until Thanksgiving. Let me know if can't pick-up this week but would like birds from a later harvest. We've always sold-out by mid season so it's good to put your name in early for specified numbers of birds.
