Turnapage Farm began as a rebrand of the original farm name of Upper Diamond Farm. Upper Diamond Farm was established in 2007 and ran until 2017, When owner Kade Bartlett had gone through a rough divorce. After the divorce Kade decided that he could always start over and rebuild it would just take time, he just needed to turn the page on this chapter of his life and continue writing his story, thus Turnapage Farm was created.
Turnapage Farm still primarily focuses on goats, goats are Kades passion and the farm now offers a variety of options for potential customers wanting to get carried away with caprines. The primary focus has been mainly on the Boer goats, these were the first breed to step back on the farm after there hadn’t been goats here for years. Next was the acquisition of Lamancha Dairy goats. Kade has a fondness for making soaps and cheeses and Lamanchas have always carried a spot in his heart.
Kade has three beautiful children that love the goats as well and spend each weekend helpijg their father with the herd. The children each have their own specifics goats in the herd and truly love being so involved. With the affects of Covid-19 on cancelling most all the shows for goats in 2020, we are hoping that 2021 offers more options as to allowing the animals and family to get in the ring and compete.
We look forward to sharing our stories and adventures with you all and wish you a very blessed day.
