We hate to do this, but when you've only been officially open one day, you don't really have trained substituted ready to go 🙃

We'll see you back for HOT PANINIS tomorrow!!

Y'all worked Tyler so hard today, he's going to have to take tomorrow off!

Not really—he's harder to break than that...

However, moving into a new home and opening The Eatery in the same week has created a slight hiccup. So, we will be CLOSED for hot sandwiches tomorrow.

The good news? Tyler will be ready to roll again on Thursday and back behind the panini press making all the sandwiches your hearts desire!

In all seriousness, THANK YOU for a PHENOMENAL first day. The support, encouragement, and turnout absolutely blew us away. We're sorry to hit pause on Day 2, but we truly appreciate your grace and understanding.

We'll see you Thursday!!

*Surprise smoker specials and pop-up menu items can show up at any time.
*We'll be adding new creations as he settles into his groove and starts having a little fun with the menu!

We’re a little late getting this posted… but apparently opening a brand new eatery involves “important things” like equipment, food, prep work, and approximately 47,000 last-minute decisions like napkin holders... Who knew? 😂

So while we’ve been running around like caffeinated squirrels, social media got bumped down the list. BUT — we finally made it here!

Introducing our LIMITED MENU for this weekend!

Come help Tyler break in the kitchen, learn the flow, and test the limits of how many times we can say “we’re still figuring it out” in one day😅
