Calamansi is a fruit in the family Rutaceae. It is believed to originate from China and has spread throughout Southeast Asia, India, Hawaii, the West Indies, Central and, now, North America. The fruit is like a hybrid between a lime and a mandarin orange, but it has a delicious tang that is all it’s own. In the Philippines, calamansi can be found in just about every home. Nomsi hopes to bring it to every home in the U.S.
