We are a local Texas family in Walnut Springs that sources consistent high quality fresh beef for other local family’s tables. We have been responsibly raising cattle since 1971.

Our animals DO NOT endure confined “feed lot” cramped conditions, eating deficient diets, standing in their own wastes while being pumped full of antibiotics, GMO’s, hormones, steroids, growth agents, fast carbs or preservatives...

Our cattle are humanely raised in our pastures, not feed lots. Our cows live happy ☺️ lives exposed to sunshine ☀️, fresh air 🌬, clean water 💦 , and green pastures 🌱to roam freely on. We are a responsible ranch that allows our herds to cavort through stress-free natural fields and enjoy the shade and shelter of our trees 🌳the way God created them to.

We sell a whole, half, or a quarter beef from our ranch to your freezer. Because of the high demand for chemical free humanely grown animals, we used to stay sold out months in advance so we decided to partner with a
like-minded company in Kansas who’s philosophy and animal culture matched ours. We are so proud to announce our partnership with “Braveheart Black Angus Beef”. We are sourcing all the premium ground beef from our 3P Ranch and we sourcing all the primal cuts-tenderloins, steaks, roasts, briskets, cutlets…from Braveheart. All the meat is processed in Meridian, Texas.
You can know the origin of your beef, how it lives, what it’s fed, how it’s processed, and who loves and cares for it.

The meat is dry aged, safely packaged, custom cut for each individual customer, tenderized, vacuum sealed, labeled, weighed, dated, and hard frozen.

These pictures are so exciting to me! Somehow our
3P Family Ranch page “popped up” in Southern California back in November and Mike (from California) was inquiring about our beef. 🥩
Too our pleasant surprise, he and his neighbor decided to drive to Texas with a U-Haul and coolers and take a road trip to get some premium beef! (2900+ miles) They visited our processors, Rubin and Jehramy, at the Meridian Locker then headed out to the ranch for a quick tour and some homemade 3P steak fingers!
Mike brought us some California avocados 🥑 from his tree in his yard and we gave them some crookneck squash from our garden! What a blessing and privilege to meet these new friends and provide our beef for their family’s table! So far, these are our farthest customers!
