Everyone is doing their part helping with the healing. This is day 10 of the post op Total Right Knee Replacement. The first week of PT was truly what my Mom would describe as, “being in Hell with your back broke.” Seriously, every day is seeing positive progress and pain levels decreasing.

Running out of time and options to continue my love of running, walking, homesteading, horses and bad golf. Today, I had a total right knee replacement (TRKR). So, lots of rehab and PT in my horizon. Prior to surgery my surgeon compared side-by-side images of both knees and it was shocking. Now, bone-on-bone, no alignment and both meniscuses (cushion) or torn and just worn out! So thankful for the care and support the first 12 hours! A special thanks to the Greatest Heavenly Healer of us all! Thank you Lord!
