The (un)official hat dealer of the Contentnea Farms crew will also be coming Saturday Galiz Hat Zone!!

These hats aren’t your $20 hats from tractor supply (no shade if that’s what you like).

However, if you want one that is high quality, hand shaped for you, there’s only one shop east of the Mississippi that we trust - and that’s Galiz.

The perfect way to fit in at Moo Fest. But be careful, we might be assigning you farm chores if you walk around in these 🤠.

Recipe of the week: Ginger-Garlic Sharp-Head Beef Hash

🥩🥬 Ingredients🥩🥬
• 1lb ground beef
• sharp-headed cabbage, chopped
• 1 onion diced
• 3-4 cloves of garlic minced
• 1-2 inches fresh ginger grated
• 2-3 tbs of soy sauce
• cooked white rice for serving
• optional: sesame oil, chili flakes, green onions

🔥How to make it
1. Brown the beef in a skillet and pull it out to the side. You’ll add it back in later.
2. In same skillet add shredded cabbage. Sauté until softened.
3. Add aromatics (onion, garlic, and ginger)
4. Season. Pour in soy sauce and added optional flavors.
5. Serve over rice!
