Beltane on the farm 🔥🌿
This time of year, you don’t have to call it anything special to feel it,
the land already knows.
The soil is warming.
The animals are thriving.
Everything is growing faster than you can keep up with.
Traditionally, Beltane marked the start of the fertile season,
when fires were lit to bless the land, protect livestock,
and pray for abundance in the months ahead.
And whether you call that tradition, nature, or just the way God designed it,
you can feel the shift.
It’s a season of:
• new life
• hard growth
• long days and honest work
• and trusting what you’ve planted will come up
Around here, we don’t worship the fire
but we respect what it represents.
Letting go of what’s dead.
Making space for what’s meant to grow.
Under the Carolina moon,
with dirt on our hands and faith in what’s coming.
🔥🌙🌱
