Does anyone else like Rhubarb? My husband and I are originally from Ohio and grew up enjoying fresh rhubarb pies. Our rhubarb did wonderful for its first year last year. We will be able to harvest and offer it for sale late this spring/early summer. It is delicious in pies, jams, crisps, etc. I will be offering rhubarb jam for sale as well.

We started our first round of seeds today in the garden! We are implementing a new planting schedule this year so our produce is ready for harvest every week instead of all at one time. We start 100% of our plants including flowers from seed. Our greenhouses went up last weekend and are currently holding around 150 soon-to-be plants. We will be adding about 300 more tomorrow. We are so excited for this gardening season. Our boys are wonderful helpers and are really looking forward to selling our produce to everyone! Also, thank you to everyone that purchases our eggs. Hi friends! We have four dozen eggs available at $2.50 a dozen. We should have around six dozen available every week from now on.
