Last week I had the pleasure of teaching a class at Cincinnati State College in the food science department. The class learned about Gluten free baking. It was fun and the students learned how difficult and costly it it is to make gluten free baked goods. Everyone including myself had a great time. If you need gluten free cakes or other treats let me know.
