I heard it was described as the shot heard around the world. It is official that Steppin’ Hi Stables, Inc is closing their doors December 1, 2025. We are a family owned business that was started in the spring of 1988. In that 37 years, we have customers that have been here 22 years, 18 years and many over 10 years. I can guarantee that any boarding facility that gets a call from one of my customers is getting the very best person, the cream of the crop. They are not just the best clients but close friends. We were a family. After 37 years of serving others, it is time for us to focus on ourselves, our family and our horses. To those who have been on our waitlist for so very long and never made it in, I apologize. It was just the case that we never had much turnover.
