The Organic Press located in Walworth is the only Farm Winery in New York to grow, produce and bottle a certified organic w**e.

We have a number of customers that frequent various w**eries, or are club members of the FL region. The feedback on The Organic Press is overwhelming positive for a small farm w**ery.

We invite you to experience the warm cozy atmosphere for yourself offering several w**e options, specialty drinks and light organic food options. The Organic Press is booking now for your fall gathering.

Come celebrate a Decade on the Farm October 10, 2026, 10 am to 5 pm. Music by Cam Caruso, food, drinks, activities and gifts.

Jackie and I purchased the farm 10 years ago today. Since then, old buildings were removed, all new infrastructure to support the concept at the time went underground, fields were cleared, bees relocated and bareroot transplants of fruit trees, bushes grapes. More details coming, but mark your calendar to be at Thornbee Farm and The Organic Press on October 10th 2026!

Market is open Friday 10 am to 1 pm and Saturday 10 am to 2 PM

It has started - the farm colors are more brilliant, but the nights grow dark quickly, the honey bees are more ornery, but the butterflies are ever elegant. It is a magical dance of seasonal change that highlight a number of emotions on the farm.

Market - Pears, potatoes, tomatoes, maple syrup, and more, the table grapes are gone, but we look forward to next year.

Honey - 2026 tastes great - Feel free to ask for a taste comparison between 2025 and 2026.

Market is open Friday 10 am to 1 pm and Saturday 10 am to 2 PM

The 1st racking is complete for the 2026 w**e. Over the next several weeks we will see how it settles.

We will be crushing apples shortly as the team plans to make several variations of our apple w**e.
