While we certainly aren’t known for raising show steers, we are PUMPED about this dude’s potential!

It seems odd to say but as soon as we pregged his momma last summer we were excited to see this guy’s potential and he hasn’t disappointed! A stout featured, big legged steer that is as sound as they come and offers a tremendous amount of presence! He’s big pinned, shapely up high and is big bodied and carries an extremely easy feeding look.

His mother has been an extremely productive young dam for us claiming a Reserve Division title at the 2023 JNHE in the Owned Show as a B&O and raised our resident herdsire- RWCC Momentum 400M.

He’d be the perfect steer for anyone looking to head to JNHE this summer in Kansas City , KS and we’d love to help!

Priced at $5,750. Please reach out with any questions to Callahan at 785-821-1082.

🎡Kansas State Fair Junior Show🎉

What a blessed way for the Meinhardt kids to go out after years of exhibiting at the Kansas State Fair! We have been so fortunate to have worked on and bred some awesome cattle, traveled to some amazing places, but most of all surrounded by some INCREDIBLE people!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the many people that have supported us, the show committee's that have put on incredible shows and to our family and friends. The list is endless and each of you know who you are. None of this would've been possible without you! However, we do want to make a special shoutout to our dear friends at GLM Herefords who got us started showing cattle and Rosebud Cattle Company with your support these last 6 years.

It’s weaning time!

The first group of show prospects for this next year are weaned and have taken off on feed. We’ll begin halter breaking and baths soon.

This is always an exciting time of the year to watch mating decisions come together…and watch the next generation get just as excited!

It was a great couple of days putting up an incredible silage pile this year! We have been very blessed this summer and continue to pray for those that have not been as fortunate with drought.

Calves will be weaned this weekend, we are VERY excited about this year’s calf crop. Be sure to be on the lookout for more information this fall!
