One of the sweetest things about making wedding cakes isn't the moment the cake is delivered. It's the thank-you notes that arrive afterward.

Brides tell me their guests are still talking about the desserts. That the flavors were a hit. That people went back for more.

That's what I want for every couple: desserts that look beautiful, taste incredible, and become part of the memories people take home.

Join Woodstock on his first-ever dune buggy ride! 💚

Woody is the head of security and our unofficial mascot—a Boxer-Beagle rescue.

This is his entire resume.

He also excels at quality control, crumb disposal, emotional support, and ensuring every guest receives proper supervision,especially during meal time.

Whether he’s officially on the payroll is still under review, but he seems pretty happy with buggy rides.

Some cakes are more than cake. 🧡

This was a “ditto” cake — a recreation of my parents' original wedding cake for their 40th wedding anniversary.

Years later, I was recreating a little piece of their wedding day.

There’s a lot that goes into a cake before it ever gets to the table. Years of learning, a ridiculous amount of eggs and butter, a few things that didn’t go according to plan, and a whole lot of love for making something beautiful from simple ingredients.

Still baking. Still learning. Still . 🧡
