What an incredible honor to be the **closing keynote speaker at the Leman Swine Conference** at the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine! 🐷🎤

To stand in a room filled with some of the brightest minds and dedicated professionals in the swine industry and share a little of my journey was truly something special.

From the butcher block to the big stage, agriculture has opened doors I never imagined. I’m grateful for every opportunity to share my passion, a little humor, and the lessons learned along the way.

A huge thank you to the University of Minnesota and the Leman Swine Conference for inviting me to be part of such an incredible event!

😂 **Around here, the kids come with the business!**

Growing up in a rural, family-owned business means you’re never too young to learn the ropes!

One minute they’re running the till, the next they’re stocking shelves, and somehow they’re always the ones entertaining the customers. 🤠

Our customers get the biggest kick out of these little employees, but what they don’t realize is they’re watching the next generation learn work ethic, responsibility, and the value of a dollar. ❤️

**Around here, it’s not just a business. It’s a childhood.**

Who else grew up working in the family business? 👇

🔥 **BIG FLAVOR. SMALL-TOWN ROOTS. BIG THINGS COMING!** 🔥

Beef sticks. Brats. Jerky. And a whole lot of attitude. 🤠🥩

Behind this brand? A **Master Meat Crafter, woman butcher, and mom** who knows exactly where her meat comes from and what goes into it.

💗 Clean ingredients.
🥩 Quality-sourced meats.
🔥 Crafted and smoked right here in Minnesota.

**Built in a meat locker, NOT a boardroom.**

No corporate suits. No fancy executives. Just a hardworking mom with a passion for making damn good meat products.

**STAY TUNED. BLONDIES IS JUST GETTING STARTED!** 💗

🔥 **Good ribs don’t need a miracle. They need good seasoning!** 🥩

A little sweet, a little heat, and a whole lotta flavor!

Don’t be shy with that rub. Season EVERY inch of those ribs and let the meat do the talking. 🤠

**Are you team SWEET & SMOKY or HOT & SPICY?** 👇

🥩 ** Liver. Don’t knock it till you know what’s in it.**

Protein. Iron. B12. Vitamin A. 💪

Basically, nature packed a multivitamin into a cow. 😂

Grandma wasn’t crazy with the liver & onions after all.

Love it or leave it? 👇

To anyone out there trying something new on your own…

Keep going.

Not everyone will understand what you’re building. Some will question it. Some will criticize it. Some will have plenty to say from places they’ve never had the courage to leave.

Move through the noise.

You don’t need to belong everywhere. You just need to find the places where you do.

Find the people who see your vision.
The ones who challenge you, encourage you, and make room for you to grow.

Your place is out there.
Your people are out there.

Sometimes you just have to keep walking long enough to find them. ❤️

Ummm… did anyone else blink and lose the entire summer?! 😂☀️

Finally getting around to sharing our Fourth of July Rib Feed—and what a summer it was. 🔥🍖

Full coolers, long days, great food, even better people, and a whole lot of memories.

To everyone who showed up, supported Blondies, ate some ribs, shared our posts, or cheered us on—**THANK YOU.** 💗

Summer flew by… but damn, we had fun doing it.

Now apparently it’s October. 😂

Everybody wants the shortcut.

The faster way. The easier way. The overnight success.

But the things worth building don’t come with shortcuts.

Do the work. Learn the hard lessons. Show up when nobody’s watching. Keep going when it would be easier to quit.

**The long way builds the person who can handle the success.** 💗

Being a self-employed mom means the line between work and family is pretty much nonexistent. 😂

My kids have grown up right alongside this business—watching the long days, the big wins, the failures, the crazy ideas, and everything in between.

I work hard to build a life for them, but more importantly, I want them to **experience the life I’m building with me.**

Because someday they won’t remember every late night or busy weekend.

But I hope they remember that they were always part of the adventure. 💗
