🚧 Ever wonder what happens *before* you see me on TV? 😅

Let’s just say... this one started with a little extra excitement.

Construction traffic had me sitting at a standstill on the way to the studio, putting me almost **20 minutes behind schedule**. We were coming in HOT! Coolers flying, equipment unloading, cameras getting ready... all while trying to get set up before my segment.

Thankfully, my cooking segment wasn’t until the middle of the show, so we made it just in time. 💪

Here’s a fast-forward look at what it takes to transform a patio into a TV kitchen in just a matter of minutes. It may look effortless on air, but behind the scenes it’s organized chaos—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Sometimes the best TV starts with a little panic. 😂🎥🥩

This photo takes me back to where so much of my story began—horses, hard work, agriculture, and a deep love for this country.

I’m proud to be a cowgirl.
Proud to be a butcher.
Proud to support the farmers and ranchers who feed America.
And most of all, proud to live in a country where freedom gives us the opportunity to build something with our own two hands.

For 250 years, America’s backbone has been built by people who get up before the sun, aren’t afraid of hard work, and believe in leaving things better than they found them.
