UPDATE, SOLD OUT! Thank you so much to everyone supporting our little business before the holidays!

Quiet mornings, slower pace, and comfortable surroundings allow time for reflection, remembrance, and restoration in so many ways.

As we put up our Christmas tree for the first time in our new home, we got to enjoy watching our 4 year old experience her very own Christmas tree for the FIRST time. Man, it's different when they haven't always had it. So much enjoyment of every little ornament. Also, our youngest son was 4 the last time he had a Christmas tree at home! So crazy. We've grown so much since we celebrated Christmas this way.

As we reflect on our Christmas memories and traditions it got me thinking about my childhood Christmases. My momma used to always make orange cinnamon rolls on Christmas morning. We never got them any other time which made it so extra special. I haven't thought about that memory in maybe 20 years.

So, had to go with a new syrup flavor inspired by beautiful childhood memories with orange cinnamon rolls.

We took a back seat from making much in the way of Emerald Hills products in the last year because construction had finally started on our home! After 1304 days of living tiny in the Airstream, we finally moved into our farmhouse and forever home on our property.

I decided to start with something I'm very comfortable with but also something that brightens our mornings in summer! Strawberry Basil Simple Syrup! ❤️💚 Who is ready to enjoy these flavors again? Rosemary Lavender is next 🪻💜💚

Noble we won't see you this morning (we were at a baseball tournament ENTIRELY too late) but we hope you still drop by the market and check out all our amazing friends! There is clean skincare, handcrafts, fresh produce (gorgeous tomatoes), baked goods, sourdough, honey, fishing lures, and so much more! Not to mention, the people are fantastic 😍

We won't be at the Noble Farmers Market this week (getting a kiddo off to camp) but we look forward to seeing you again next week! Since we last saw you, we've had graduations, cross-country trips, animal processing, and so much more! We have missed you! Hope the market today goes great! Get out and visit all our friends 😊

What a wonderful opening weekend at the Noble Farmers Market! We had the best time getting to meet the other vendors and we are so grateful to the Noble community for coming out and supporting your local small businesses on your busy Saturday! While we will see you most weekends during the season, next Saturday we have a baseball tournament to attend. However, we KNOW you won't be without amazing options from all of the other vendors. We will see you back at the market on May 25th ❤️ We look forward to sharing what we love with you this season.
