Junie’s Official Inspection Report 🐮📝

I’ve conducted a very thorough inspection of this tricky tray basket for the Rebecca’s Homestead fundraiser…

✔ Snacks? Approved.
✔ Cozy vibes? Approved.
✔ Christmas tree certificate from Jadan Hill? OBVIOUSLY approved. 🌲
✔ Enough goodies to keep humans happy? Barely… but I’ll allow it.

I did consider keeping it for myself, but apparently “donations are for other people.” Rude.

Whoever wins this one better know… you’re basically winning a Junie-approved experience 🐮✨

We're excited to open up the Christmas tree farm this weekend to support the Rebecca's Homestead fundraiser and the East Coast Research and Discovery Association (E.C.R.D.A.) Treasure Hunt! There's still time to dust off your metal detector and join the Hunt!

Junie is going to be watching 👀 closely to see what they find! 🐮

Well… somebunny 🐰 has been BUSY over here at Jadan Hill… and it’s not just hiding eggs.

🌳 The apple orchard is finally getting the glow-up it DESPERATELY needed.
Let’s just say… these trees were holding onto branches like Mom holds onto “just in case” bins. 😬

✂️ Snip snip… dead wood gone.
✂️ Overgrowth gone.
✂️ Airflow + sunshine = HELLO future apples 🍎

Dad is out here acting like Johnny Appleseed with a mission…
Mom is supervising (from a safe distance)…
And Junie?
Clearly promoted herself to Director of Orchard Operations.

Meanwhile…
🐸 Frogs are still providing the soundtrack
🐶 The Boyz are contributing absolutely nothing (on brand)
🌞 And spring is officially showing off

This Easter weekend feels a little extra special…
✨ New beginnings
✨ Fresh growth
✨ And a farm that’s finally starting to come back to life

Now the real question is…
Do we think these trees will behave… or is this just round one? 😏

Didn’t see any fishies but saw some prehistoric looking monsters! 🐢👀

So excited to be a part of this terrific fundraiser! Can’t wait to see what they find on the farm!

Tuesday, February 17 is ECRDA's monthly meeting. Come join us at 7:30PM, American Legion Post #242 in Pompton Plains. Michelle and Denis, founders of Rebecca's Homestead, will be there to give a talk about the great work that they do. We will also be taking sign ups for the fundraiser hunt coming up in April.
