🚨 New Cow Alert! 🚨

Well folks, while everyone keeps asking when they can meet me, Mom and Dad decided to bring home a stand-in.

Meet Faux-Junie. 🐮

She may not have my stunning good looks, superior management skills, or impressive inspection abilities, but she does have a few things going for her:

✅ Doesn’t need a barn
✅ Doesn’t eat hay
✅ Doesn’t leave surprise “fertilizer” deposits
✅ Only consumes electricity

The Boyz were immediately suspicious. Jasper conducted a thorough sniff inspection while Jadan stood back and questioned every life choice that led to a giant cow appearing in the kitchen.

For a brief moment, Faux-Junie looked pretty confident. Then someone unplugged her…

Let’s just say she folded under pressure. 🤣

Until the real Junie arrives, this sassy gal will be holding down the fort at Jadan Hill Farm. Just don’t let her fool you into thinking she’s Chief Moo’d Officer material.

🐮 Farm Update from the Chief Moo’d Officer 🐮

Well, the day wasn’t even half over and Mom and Dad were already waving the white flag! 🤣

First on the agenda: planting some gifted daylilies (thanks cousin Val!) around the front stone columns. These beauties are going to fill in nicely and are a major glow-up from those sad old junipers that used to live there. Even I have standards. 🌼✨

Then came the brilliant idea to finally empty out the old Christmas Tree Sales Shed so the new shed can go up. Sounds simple, right?

Wrong. 😏

The next question became: Where do we put all this stuff?

Naturally, the answer was the recently cleaned-out barn… that still has giant holes in the roof. 🤦‍♀️

So before anything could be moved, there was more cleaning, more organizing, more sweeping, and filling in some holes left behind by a few unwelcome tenants. Apparently every project at Jadan Hill Farm comes with at least three bonus projects included at no extra charge.

The good news? We’re reclaiming more of the barn and getting one step closer to our Christmas tree and holiday décor plans! 🎄❤️

The bad news? Mom and Dad’s energy meter hit empty long before the to-do list did. 🤣

Tomorrow is another day. The farm isn’t going anywhere… although Mom keeps trying to move it one wheelbarrow at a time.
